Reta is the Director of Business Development with LDKerns Contractors. She has served in the A/E/C industry for more than 20 years. Her background working with engineering and architectural firms is key to the construction market. Her responsibilities include identifying and securing new business opportunities as well as strengthening current client relationships and establishing new partnerships. Ensuring that her clients are more than satisfied with their services, she works with technical staff and other internal colleagues to find new ways to promote client relations and improving communications. Reta facilitates and assists in the development of proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives. She is genuinely involved and plugged-in to the community, supporting the firm and their strong commitment, patronage, and community involvement.
